Bringing people and organisations together, that's what I do at the Recruiter. These are also two important subjects that came up when I was studying Organization Sciences. I really enjoy being responsible for the entire recruitment process. The combination of recruitment for permanent vacancies and interim assignments provides the variety I need. I try to distinguish myself by being fully committed to my customers. I also try to exceed candidates' expectations by guiding them through the recruitment process. Because of my curiosity and interest in organisations, both my education and the experience I have gained so far at The Recruiter have helped me get to know different organisations.
Successful placements really energise me – and of course the Miami, Icelandic and Ibiza incentive trips we take with the entire team. Starting the day with a cappuccino, working on the outskirts of Amsterdam and the bond I have with my colleagues is what makes me excited to go to work every day. Curious about what I do in my spare time? For over five years, I've run a dining club with friends that's centred around good food and drinks. I also really enjoy good book on the beach or a TV series to end the day.
